  • a check for $20 made out to RRMRA

  • email address, (very important as we will communicating mostly by this means)

  • stamped self-addressed envelope if you require a receipt

Membership facts:

  • Altru, Dakota, and MeritCare clinics all require local reps to be
    listed in order to schedule appointments in their appointment books. Failure could result in your appointments being crossed out.

  • The membership belongs to whomever paid for it. If your company paid and you leave, it belongs to your company.

  • Dues cover a July through June period and will be reevaluated
    annually.

  • You will receive a listing on the wall posters printed periodically,
    a listing on the website, email news items, and access to the website.

  • Please send changes to the above so you can continue to receive all communications.
